Dayton has been with FITT since August 2011. His career at FITT began as an internship through SELU, upon graduation in December, 2011, he became a full time practitioner. His years at SELU were focused on fitness and human performance. Since being at FITT he has added an overall corrective and muscle balance approach to his beliefs in fitness. Dayton is currently a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, He is continuing his education through the NASM organization.


Dayton believes that correcting muscle imbalances, improving posture, and developing adequate strength can help everyone become a healthier and improved individual. His study with NASM and FITT’s philosophies allow him to organize a plan to help every client develop and improve.
