Hippocrates said, Let thy food be thy medicine. I believe strongly in this statement. Our physical, mental and emotional well being are directly affected by the foods we consume. When we consume quality nutrition, we are able to heal our bodies from the inside to out. I teach balanced nutrition with a focus on essential nutrients to help clients reach their individual goals. Living a healthy lifestyle requires constant learning and adaptation to overcome barriers and obstacles. I am excited to join forces with FITT to share my passion for optimal nutrition and motivate my clients to reach their goals.
