Steve, originally from Baltimore, Maryland, received his B.S. in Exercise Science and M.S. in Exercise Physiology. Over the years he has developed a passion for strength and conditioning training. His passion derives from studying and observing many of the great strength and conditioning coaches throughout his career. He worked for several years in cardiac rehabilitation where he was able to apply his knowledge of strength training to use in the clinical setting.
Steve wants to use his passion for strength training to help people reach their health and fitness goals. He believes the best quality of life can be achieved by improving one's strength and conditioning, which is why he feels that his passion aligns so well with FITT's principles and values.
