She focuses on performance nutrition, weight loss, general nutrition, nutrient timing, and strategic meal planning to help clients reach their personal health and fitness goals. Rachel graduated from Nicholls State University with her Bachelors of Science, focusing in Dietetics and Nutrition. She completed her dietetics internship at Southern University A & M college which lead to passing the state boards exam. Prior to graduation Rachel was recruited to work for a supplemental nutrition program known as Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). Rachel provided nutrition education for the program and focused on educating women on pre & post-natal care, breastfeeding, and healthy lifestyles for their children. She is now on the path to receiving her Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States’. During her time at Nicholls, she enjoyed running hurdles and sprints for the Lady Colonel track and field team. After her journey with the track team she still maintained a passion for weights, and regained her focus on gaining lean muscle mass to complete in fitness bikini body building competitions, where she qualified twice for nationals.
It is Rachel’s passion to help people reach their goals and help her clients understand how health is 80% of what you eat and 20% of physical activity. She wants all clients to improve on their nutrition so they a live a life full of energy and longevity.
