Niki is the author of The Food Baby Detox, listen to your body to discover the foods causing belly bloating, food cravings, low energy and low sex drive. She is also the creator of Candy to Kale, an online video program that teaches the how-to’s for kicking cravings and ending emotional eating without willpower.

She is a former LSU Cross Country/Track and Field Athlete from 1997-2000. From 2000-2002, she was an LSU Assistant Coach for both cross country and track while earning her Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. Post-college, she competed in triathlon and NPC bikini competitions.


Niki helps her clients set personal goals and action plans for healthy habit formation, then she provides the momentum, support and accountability to see the goal through to it's realization.

In Nutrition, Niki helps her clients optimize metabolism, improve energy levels, discover food sensitivities and create a style of healthy eating that is enjoyable and feel do-able. She offers Metabolic Typing, Biosignature Modulation and General Nutrition Consultations at FITT.

In the personal training setting, she focuses on neuromuscular re-education—making sure the muscle that's supposed to be working is actually working.
