Matt first became familiar with fitness and strength training in highschool sports. By the time he graduated college in 2014, he realized a distinct relationship between mechanical engineering and how the body operates during training. In 2016, Matt started working with FITT as an intern in an effort to deepen his knowledge and understanding of postural analysis and biomechanics. He joined the FITT family in early 2017 and plans to further his education through training and various Health and Wellness fields.
Matt believes that fixing muscular and structural imbalances, no matter how minor, can make the biggest difference and help people live happier, fuller lives. With a solid plan of action, he will help you surpass physical and mental milestones to achieve your goals and more.
