Professional

Emilie has been with FITT since the summer of 2018. She focused her college studies on exercise science and completed coursework and service learning projects that implemented evidence-based practices in the real world. She earned her personal training certification through NASM before completing an extensive internship centered around a holistic approach to health and fitness. She graduated from LSU cum laude in December 2017 and has been training clients with a focus on improving body composition with proper form, mobility, and corrective exercise. She plans on pursuing continuing education through NASM and increasing her knowledge on human movement with her career at FITT.

Theory

Emilie believes by improving posture and mobility through corrective exercise and improving body composition through proper strength training that every individual can lead a happier and healthier life. Her background with NASM and Kinesics allows her to customize each client’s programming to set them up for optimal success.
