Bennett has been exposed to the FITT philosophy since 2005, shadowing and interning under the FITT staff while in high school. He then attended the University of Georgia for four years where he worked with their football, men’s tennis and cheerleading teams. Following his graduation he received his Master’s degree in Athletic Training at Texas State while, overseeing the treatment and care of their football and women’s tennis teams.  Working with elite athletes has given Bennett opportunity to learn and develop clinical skills in rehabilitation, corrective exercise, soft tissue, and joint mobilizations. He joined FITT as a full time staff member in the summer of 2014 following the completion of his Masters. Bennett plans to further enhance his understanding of the human body through attaining additional advanced level certifications and neuromuscular soft tissue training.

My passion is helping people achieve their fitness goals and move more confidently through the world by understanding the importance of breathing, movement, exercise and physiology.
